Roaster's & Notes
Daily Ember is a comforting, grounded cup with a syrupy body and gentle sweetness. Notes of milk chocolate, toasted nuts, and soft caramel unfold with warmth and balance, making it an easy companion from first sip to last.
Roasted to a slightly deeper medium, this coffee leans into richness without crossing into darkness—enhancing body and sweetness while preserving clarity and approachability.
Daily Ember shines as a filter coffee but also performs beautifully as espresso, offering a smooth, chocolate-forward profile with balanced sweetness. For espresso, consider slightly finer grinding and longer development ratios to highlight body and syrupy texture.
Origin & Craft
Sourced from the Cerrado region of Brazil, this natural-processed coffee reflects a landscape defined by abundant sunlight, modern farming techniques, and consistency in quality. Cherries are left to fully ripen before harvest, then dried with the fruit intact to encourage deeper sweetness and body.
Carefully screened and sorted prior to export, this lot brings together coffees from smallholder producers committed to quality and sustainability within one of Brazil’s most respected growing regions.
