Origin & Craft
This coffee comes from Valle del Cauca, a fertile Colombian valley known for its protected ecosystems, stable mountain microclimate, and strong traditions of environmentally responsible farming.
Grown by smallholder producers at elevations around 1,750 meters, the coffee is washed processed before undergoing Ethyl Acetate (EA) decaffeination, a method derived from naturally fermented sugarcane. This process gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavor and character.
The result is a decaffeinated coffee that maintains the balance, sweetness, and structure of a traditionally processed Colombian cup.
