Sourced from Colombia's Valle del Cauca, this coffee is washed before undergoing Sugarcane EA decaffeination—a natural process derived from fermented sugarcane that gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee's original sweetness, body, and character. The result is a clean, flavorful cup that tastes like great Colombian coffee, simply without the caffeine.
