Grown in the western highlands of Honduras by Silvestre Vasquez and Joel Lopez, this organic washed coffee matures slowly at high elevation before being carefully harvested, washed, and sun-dried. The result is a clean, expressive cup with exceptional clarity and the vibrant character that defines Highland Clarity.
