Origin & Craft

This organic coffee comes from the western highlands of Honduras, where high elevations and distinct wet and dry seasons support slow cherry maturation and expressive cup profiles.

Produced by Silvestre Vasquez and Joel Lopez, whose farms lie within the Pico Congolon mountain range between two protected biological reserves, the coffee benefits from rich soils and a unique mountain microclimate. Ripe cherries are carefully harvested, washed processed, and dried in the sun to preserve clarity and structure.

Joel Lopez’s farm, Los Lesquines, has cultivated coffee for four generations, continuing a family tradition that dates back to 1865.
